Herbs for Embrocation (Ingredients to prepare Dit Da Jow)
Herbs for "Dit Da Jow" (embrocation, 跌打药精) preparation. "Dit Da Jow" is used to relax the muscles, improve qi and blood circulation, and to treat external injuries (bruises, insect bites, ...) and internal micro-injuries resulting from physical training. This recipe has been proven (empirically) for not being allergic. The method of preparation (alcohol-based) will be included.
The same ingredients are used to prepare Dit Da Creram (see item above).
